in these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the follwing meanings:

• You,your'- The customer or agent of customer
• Contract'-  means any order of goods by the customer or agent of customer that is accepted by Us.
• Goods -   any good foming the subject of a contract including parts, or materials incorpoorated in them as more particularly described upon this website.

• Our direct customer sales' - Showroom in 13 Queensway Enfield EN3 4SA and in promotion area.

Important

Please do not arrange for a plumber or engineer of qualified professional until you are receipt of the goods and they have checked for damage, missing, ets.we will not be liable for monies owing to tradesman and other who are unable to complete a job owing to delivery problem.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Great Britain pound sterling. We reserve the right to alter any and all of our prices at any time before your order is received.All goods are including VAT but exclude any delivery charges.(except some products that are offered with free delivery)

We accept most of the major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Switch and Visa  (we do not accept American Express). Your credit and debit card's details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.

If your wish to pay by cheque, delivery until your cheque to clearance.

Cancellations and Returns

you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days from your date. Please inform us by e-mail us within 48 hour. You must provide information of cancelling an order detail. The packaging must be in an unopened and resalable condition.As customer, youu are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us.We will refund your money, within 30 days of cancelllation, less any delivery charges incurred to us. Return outside of this period will not be accepted

We can not accept any cancellation for special order and special offer items. You would have been notified if your order was a special order as we would ask for your acceptance of such. Please note that your right to return goods puruant to distance selling regulations 2000 does not apply in this contract where the goods are manufactured fot you, customised to your specifications or specially ordered and non stock items.

orders that are cancelled after the goods has been dispatched will be subject to delivery and returns collection charge incurred.

Damaged/ Missing goods

Please inspect goods thoroughly before signing. Damaged goods must be brought  to our attention with 24 hours of delivery.There are no circumstances where any claim for damages can arise once the goods have been installed or used (except for when a manufacturers fault or defect is found)

Guarantee

Goods come with a manufacturers warranty. this warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear & tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party,use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier.

All taps carry one year guarantee which covers all manufacturing defaults(the cartridge only) This does not include damage during fitting or misue. the company(we) shall not be liable for any claim made in repect of costs incurred in replacing or fixing damaged or faulty goods.
